This feature is used for Windows NT, 2000 or XP systems and allow to configure parameters for send email by SMTP interface.
SMTP support allowed: enable or disable SMTP support. If you disable it then Upsmon cannot send emails on Windows NT,2000 and XP platforms.
ATTENTION: The SMTP interface is supported by Win9x,ME also. If in Jobs is specified email action then on Win9x,ME is used MAPI interface (if SMTP allowed is unchecked) or SMTP interface (if SMTP allowed is checked)
SMTP server: IP address or host name of your SMTP server. SMTP server is special computer in your local network or Internet service provider which is used for collect and distribute email to receivers. For detail information you may ask administrator of your network or provider hotline.
SMTP domain name: domain name is used for correct logging into SMTP server. Some SMTP servers control it for authorized access. For detail information you may ask administrator of your network or provider hotline.
Sender name: name of sender which is included into email. Only informational value.
Sender email address: sender email address is also included in email header and allow receive possible replies on email message for Upsmon.
Email subject: subject of the email message.
